She believes a healthy balance of these aspects of one’s life bring a person to where they will feel and function at their best. Diane assists her clients with exploring and expressing feelings to facilitate healing, with developing a positive cognitive/belief system and with building on skill deficits and coping skills. Diane operates from a psychodynamic framework but utilizes techniques from family systems, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, reality therapy and expressive/creative arts therapies.
